NET REFUGEE - Empowering Young Refugees and Migrants for Entrepreneurship

Welcome to NET REFUGEE, a transformative Erasmus+ initiative dedicated to empowering young refugees and migrants across Europe. Our project is a collaborative effort involving partner organizations from Spain, Belgium, and Finland, united in the mission to foster entrepreneurship and socio-economic integration among individuals aged 18-30.

About NET REFUGEE: NET REFUGEE aims to facilitate the integration of young refugees and migrants into European society by equipping them with essential entrepreneurial skills. Our focus is on promoting inclusive entrepreneurship, breaking down barriers, and creating equal opportunities. By providing comprehensive education, training, and support, we aim to enhance economic stability, social inclusion, and cultural diversity.

Objectives:

  • Provide financial stability and equal opportunities through entrepreneurship education.

  • Offer guidance on starting businesses, including legal and administrative aspects specific to host countries.

  • Foster social integration by embracing cultural identities within the business sector.

  • Inspire and motivate young refugees and migrants to explore entrepreneurial paths.

Why This Project: In Europe, young refugees and migrants often face higher unemployment rates and lack access to resources necessary for entrepreneurship. NET REFUGEE addresses these challenges by tapping into the potential of this demographic to drive economic growth and social stability within the European Union.

Benefits of Cooperation: NET REFUGEE operates through a transnational partnership, leveraging insights and methodologies from diverse European contexts. Our consortium ensures broad dissemination and implementation of project results, enhancing entrepreneurial skills and promoting networking among participants.

Activities:

  1. Development of Training Guides: Practical resources covering entrepreneurship, tailored to partner countries.

  2. Webinars: Online sessions strengthening entrepreneurial knowledge and fostering networking.

  3. International Forum: A platform for networking, sharing experiences, and expanding networks.

Results: Through NET REFUGEE, we aim to empower young refugees and migrants with practical skills and knowledge essential for entrepreneurship. Our project creates tangible resources and platforms, including training guides and forums, to support their journey towards economic independence and social integration.
