In international projects, meeting face-to-face has an important role for the speed and achievement. The goal of the transnational project meetings will be management, training and workshops, peer reviews of created material, agreement of arrangements, checking deadlines, fieldwork, and reporting issues, and evaluating the progress of the partnership.

4 transnational partner meetings will be held every 5 to 6 months to discuss the progress, view the outputs, plan the following steps and participate in local activities and organizing a training sessions for associated partners and their dates will coincide with the start, highlight or end of key activities or events so as to maximise mutual reinforcement and efficacy and project partners will be actually physically present. All partner organizations will host one transnational project meeting (5 partner organisations in Belgium, Finland, Greece, Turkey and the Netherlands ) Organizing these project meetings in the partner countries is important to experience in practice how the partners operate together. It will further improve mutual understanding of qualities and values in common but also on local / cultural / regional circumstances and differences . Transnational meeting will be at the premises of the host organization.
